How do I book a chauffeur service?
You can easily book a chauffeur service by filling out the online booking form. Alternatively, you can contact us directly via phone, WhatsApp or email to discuss your travel needs and confirm a booking.
Can I book a chauffeur service for multiple days or a custom itinerary?
Is Chauffeur Swiss available for airport transfers in Switzerland?
Yes, we provide airport transter services to and from all major swiss airports, including Zurich, Geneva, and Lausanne. Our chauffeurs will *Meet and*greet you at the arrivals terminal, assist with your luggage, and ensure a smooth journey to your destination.
Is there free waiting time for pick-ups?
We offer complimentary waiting times to ensure a stress-free experience:
- Airport pick-ups: 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands. After 60 minutes, a fee of 20 CHF per 15 minutes will apply.
- Other locations (hotels, homes, offices, etc.): 15 minutes of free waiting time. After 15 minutes, a fee of 20 CHF per 15 minutes will be charged.
What happens if my flight is delayed, do I need to inform you?
When the flight is delayed, the customer doesn’t need to do anything. We gave an application to follow all flights and even when a flight delayed, we know exactly on which hour the flight will land and the driver will be at the airport on time, to pick up the customer.
We just need to be informed asap, when the customer changes the flight; he must communicate us the new flight number, in order to help us to follow the flight and bring at the airport on time.
What should I do if I need to modify my booking?
If you need to modify your booking, please let us know as soon as possible via email or phone. This allows us to adjust the ride to your new requirements, ensuring a seamless and personalized travel experience.
What payment options are available for your services?
All bookings with Chauffeur Swiss must be paid in advance to confirm your reservation.We offer two convenient payment options:
- We can send you a secure payment link via Stripe, allowing you to pay with any major credit card.
- Alternatively, we can provide our bank account details if you prefer to make a payment via bank transfer.
