How do I book a city transfer with Chauffeur Suisse?

Booking a city transfer is easy. Simply visit our website, choose your pick-up and drop-off locations, select your preferred vehicle, and complete your reservation. You will receive an email with all the details of your booking. You can also make a booking over phone or WhatsApp.

Where will my driver meet me?

Your chauffeur will meet you at the designated pick-up point, which is typically agreed upon when you make your reservation. The meeting point will be clearly communicated to you prior to your transfer. Your driver will be holding a name sign for easy identification.

Will the driver wait for me and for how long?

For an city transfer, ( pick-up from a hotel or another address) will wait you around 30 minutes before leaving the pick-up point. The first 15 minutes will be free, and any additional waiting time beyond that will be subject to a charge.

If you anticipate a delay or need to modify your booking, we recommend contacting us in advance via WhatsApp/Phone or email to ensure a smooth experience.

Can I make changes to my booking after I’ve confirmed it?

Yes, we understand that plans can change. You can modify your booking by contacting us. Any changes will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the changes.
